CHILDREN'S OF ALABAMA Homepage

Planned Giving

A child that is free to be a child and play and dream and ask a million questions is a child that is headed for great things. We believe that a hospital is no place for a child, but if a child needs a hospital, then it needs to be great. And because the potential of every child in Alabama is no small thing to be entrusted to care for, we don’t take it lightly. We make sure we are right there on the cutting edge of everything from the life-saving equipment we use to the quality of the doctors and nurses to the research that is answering some of the toughest questions in pediatric medicine. Our mission is to provide the finest pediatric health care for all children in Alabama regardless of their ability to pay. That high standard is one we uphold with the help of those in our community that share our simple philosophy.

“We have committed to Children’s of Alabama through our estate, because we have a desire to preserve quality care for the children in Alabama.”

Mr. and Mrs. Jerome Lapidus, Generations Charter Members

You can help make sure that Children’s of Alabama is able to meet the growing, complex health care needs that face our children through a will, trust, retirement plan or other contribution. And your gift qualifies you for membership in Generations, our legacy society. The society honors a growing number of individuals who have made provisions for future gifts to Children’s and encourages others to include Children’s in their estate plans. This generous group of leaders is helping ensure that Children’s is here for generations to come.
