Curing Childhood Cancer Tag
One of the easiest ways to help fund the fight against pediatric cancer is to purchase the Curing Childhood Cancer tag when you renew your license plate. The cost to purchase the tag is $50—$41.25 of that benefits cancer research at The Alabama Center for Childhood Cancer and Blood Disorders. As an additional bonus, you can personalize your tag for free—up to six letters or numbers. Curing Childhood Cancer tags are available at all Alabama Department of Motor Vehicle locations.

Cystic Fibrosis Tag
The Fighting Cystic Fibrosis license plate is one the of the easiest, simplest ways to help raise awareness of cystic fibrosis and help fund the fight against this disease. The cost to purchase the Fighting Cystic Fibrosis License Plate is $50. Of that amount, $41.25 goes directly to support the fight against CF, especially transitional care for CF patients at Children's of Alabama and UAB Hospital. As an added bonus, each CF license plate can be personalizes without additional charge. Fighting Cystic Fibrosis license plates are available at all Alabama Motor Vehicle Offices.

Hope for Kids with Diabetes Tag
The Hope for Kids with Diabetes specialty car tag application and design has been officially submitted to the Alabama Department of Revenue - Motor Vehicle Division/Registration Section. Once the Hope for Kids with Diabetes specialty tag is approved, 1,000 pre-commitments will have to be made in order for the tag to go into mass production.

The Hope for Kids with Diabetes specialty tag is $50.00, with $41.25 from every purchase of the car tag directly benefiting Pediatric Endocrinology at Children's of Alabama.

Funds from the specialty license tag program will be dedicated to pediatric diabetes patient care, physician training and research to benefit the thousands of young Alabamians growing up with this disease.
